Mint Canadian Capital is a short-term lender of first and second mortgages. We primarily serve the Southern Ontario region and can work directly with the borrower or through a broker/agent. Our lending criteria relies on the borrower’s strength in their equity and not checking off restrictive traditional lending boxes. We welcome clients that don’t fit into the bankers narrow site line, those who need:
